Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all programmes provided by Sunrise Volunteer Programmes, registered in England and Wales with register number 06907539.

Our contract is between Sunrise Volunteer Programmes(Sunrise) and all persons (you) named on the booking as joining or intending to join with Sunrise programmes. You warrant that you have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons named, and confirm that all persons on the booking are aware of and accept these conditions.

• You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of ￡200 for each programme, which must be received by us not later than 15 days after submission of the application form.
• The balance of the cost of the programmes must be paid in full no later than six weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your placement and retain your deposit.
• You may cancel your programmes providing the cancellation is communicated to us in writing. We will not refund your deposit but you may if you wish transfer your deposit to another programmes in our current programmes (provided you are not already booked on it) on payment of a transfer fee of ￡50, subject to your notifying us in writing within two weeks of your cancellation. The cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the programmes upon the period before departure when written cancellation is received.

• If you decide to change your programmes arrangements whilst abroad then it is your responsibility for any additional costs involved and any difficulties that may arise from onward programmes. No refund is possible for any unused services provided in the cost of the programmes.
• Sunrise will let you know as soon as it can if, Sunrise is forced to change any programmes listed on the Sunrise website and within the Sunrise brochure and leaflets.
• The programmes price includes comprehensive pre-departure support, travel & medical advice & documentation, equipment advice. It also includes the in-country accommodation, meals airport pick up & drop off, ground transfers & in-transit accommodation, local orientation & project training, 24 hour emergency support & backup. Volunteer certification, work reference and Sunrise souvenirs will be issued after the full-programs. Price does not include international flights, visa, travel Insurance, inoculation and other excursions.
• All the programmes require minimum age 16.
• If you have a complaint during your programmes, please inform the programme leader immediately or write to us by email to info@sunrint.com, with subject "complaint".
